Designed by Dave Van Ess, these larger logs make this building set appropriate for children of all ages. Their size makes them easier for smaller hands to work with and even the smallest pieces are safe for toddlers. The Hamilton Logs were designed to be twice the size of traditional building logs. Lincoln is on the $5 bill and Hamilton is on the (twice as valuable) $10 bill, hence the name of the set. Poplar used for the logs and Cedar for the storage box and roof slats. Log set has a total of 211 pieces.
